KPMG invites Africa’s leading women entrepreneurs to apply for 2026 competition – Innovation Village

Dynamic and ambitious women entrepreneurs from across the African continent are encouraged to submit their applications for the 2026 KPMG Female Founders in Africa Competition, a prestigious initiative designed to provide female‑led ventures with access to high‑impact mentorship, industry exposure, and potential investment opportunities.

The programme seeks to identify and support resilient, growth‑driven businesses that are both owned and led by women. It welcomes applications from a wide range of sectors, including technology, health, agriculture, financial services, creative industries, climate solutions, and other emerging fields shaping Africa’s economic future.

KPMG is particularly interested in female founders who demonstrate a bold and innovative business model, a clear path to scalable impact, and a strong commitment to creating meaningful change within their communities and markets. Ventures selected for the programme will gain entry into an intensive KPMG mentorship experience, benefiting from guidance provided by seasoned industry professionals and subject matter experts.

In addition to mentorship, participants will receive access to investor deal opportunities, enhanced brand visibility, invitations to ecosystem engagement events, and the chance to build valuable relationships across a pan‑African network of entrepreneurs, investors, and corporate partners.

The 2026 competition represents a powerful platform for women innovators aiming to accelerate the growth of their ventures and amplify their influence across the continent’s rapidly evolving entrepreneurial landscape.

Applications are open here until February 28.
